Does it help if the police video taped the arrest?

A: Many times a video tape is to your benefit. The judge and the jury can see and hear exactly what happened in your case. This makes it a lot more difficult for the police officers to exaggerate their testimony (e.g., about how you performed on the field sobriety tests). If the jury doesn't think you look or sound like you're under the influence to the extent that your normal faculties are impaired, you may be on your way to a not guilty verdict.
